Guidelines to be followed during the class

1. Please make sure you login at least 15 minutes before the session starts.

2. Please be on time and stay till the end. Stay on mute unless your names are called. Each one will be given a chance.

3. Please chant constantly even while you are muted. Some participants may take longer than others, but those who are muted should take that
as an advantage for more practice time for that particular sloka, so you are mastering during the class itself.

4. There should be no distractions during the class hour. 75% minimum attendance is required for the session.

5. Please type in the name of the participant in the chat box as soon as you log in. Families that are logging in from a common email, should type
in the names of all the participants in the chat box. This will be used for attendance.

6. Commitment to learn and chanting effectively is the only Guru dakshina expected. Please practice diligently every day so you are correctly
chanting each shloka taught in the previous class.

7. Please do not continue to chat in the google meeting chatbox unless there is an issue or a valid question pertaining to the class or it is for
attendance. The coordinator will be using the chat box primarily to broadcast messages during class.

8. Each Shloka will be recited as follows by the Guruji:

word by word,
half verse
full verse.
Participants are expected to repeat twice after Guruji finishes chanting.

9. Please turn on both video and audio while connecting with Guruji during your turn to recite Slokas. It will be easy for her to monitor your
pronunciation.

10. Members who are absent continuously for 4 days will be removed from the Whatsapp Group.
