Data Loading/ Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL)which includes the Workforce structure data,
Worker data, Work relationships data etc,.
Worked on HCM Extracts to fetch data from Fusion and sending this data thru different delivery options like
(FTP, Email)
Developed daily and weekly BIP and OTBI reports & Dash boards for various HR related metric like
employee headcount, terminations, salary changes, department changes, Assignment Change &etc.
Proficient with Subject areas in preparing Ad hoc report with OTBI for Core-HR, Absence Management.
Exporting Reports into Various Output Formats like PDF, Excel, XML, HTML, CSV, etc.
Handling output delivery in various Modes Such as FTP, Email.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Developed several BIP reports and updated existing BIP reports based on the Client requirements.
Developed several HCM Extracts.
Developed different OTBI reports and modified existing OTBI reports
Handling and Migration of codes to Production throughout the instances.
Customizing standard report templates as per user requirements.
Supported/Handled every kind of issues related to Core HR, Absence Management.
Interacting with the End users while resolving the issues.
Hosting the client calls on a weekly basis and providing the updates on the tickets.
Managing in Inbound and Outbound Interfaces
Resolving day to day functional and technical issues.
Interacting with Oracle Global support on SR’s, Patch Bundles etc.,
Preparation of custom security job roles for restricted features.
Generating the weekly and monthly reports on Tickets received.
Loaded Data by using HDL, Payroll Batch Loader and Spreadsheet Loader.
Data Migration – Migration of legacy data into HCM Cloud by using Spread sheet data loader and HDL.
