Take 141 mg Ammonium Ferrous sulphate + 5 ml conc.sulphuric acid

& Add DM Water up to 1000 ml

Preparation of Standard Solution(30 PPM):

Take 211 mg Ammonium Ferrous sulphate + 5 ml conc.sulphuric acid

& Add DM Water up to 1000 ml

Preparation of Standard Solution(70 PPM):

Take 492 mg Ammonium Ferrous sulphate + 5 ml conc.sulphuric acid

& Add DM Water up to 1000 ml

Preparation of Dissolving Solution:

75 gm Ammonium acetate +100 ml DM water + 75 ml Acetic acid

Preparation of 15% w/v Dissolving Solution:

15 gm of Potassium iodide + 100 ml DM water

Preparation of Starch Indicator Solution :

0.5 gm (500 mg) of soluble Strach + 100 hot water

Preparation of 2N Sulphuric Acid Solution :

472 ml DM Water + 28 ml 1.840 gravity acid=500ml
