Seeking a challenging CyberArk Administrator position in the information technology industry where I can utilize
my technical background and professionalism, enabling me to contribute to the growth and success of the
organization. A position where my experience and skills will allow me to make a positive contribution to the
organization.

• Over all 4 years of experience in IT with over 2.5 years of experience working as a CyberArk PAM Engineer.
• Providing PAM solutions with CyberArk as per business needs.
• Making changes in Master Policy in CyberArk as per the requirements from the users and making sure
which are meeting organizational requirements.
• Adding and Managing Privilege Accounts to CyberArk for password and session management.
• Performing password reconciliation if the account is out of Sync and make them available to connect to
the servers for the users who take the connection from CyberArk.
• Troubleshooting and adding various Cyber Ark log on, reconcile accounts
• Troubleshooting and resolving user access issues related to CyberArk and educating the users in gaining
the access to CyberArk if he is first time users.
• Taking initiative in resolving the issues of the users from where the user face issues in accessing the
servers.
• Creating Safes as per the team & location needs and onboarding the Privilege Accounts to their
respective safes.
• Generating CyberArk reports and Logs via PVWA and Private Ark.
• Working on compliance reports to make the privilege accounts compliance.
• Experience in performing Administrative Tasks on PVWA like Platform Management, Master Policy and
Access Control (Safes).
• Working on various component of CyberArk such as Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Disaster Recovery
(DR), Privilege Session Manager (PSM), Privilege Session Manager SSH Proxy (PSMP), Central Password
Manager (CPM), Private Vault Web Access (PVWA) and Private Ark (PA client).
• Deployment of CyberArk products (Vault, DR, CPM, PVWA, LDAP, PSM) Component in UAT environment
and testing the policies whether the reflecting according to the requirements or not.
• Ensuring the replication is happening from production vault to DR vault.
• Ensuring the backup is happening on our Backup Server.
• Working knowledge on Failover & Failback procedures.
• Health-Check, Monitoring of devices for availability of our CyberArk Servers for better functioning of
Connections through CyberArk
• Making configuration changes in PADR.ini file and checking the logs of PADR.log whether the replication is
happening (metadata is running successfully or not)

Role: Security Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Creating safes and managing safe owners (updating safes, renaming safes, deleting safes, adding and
managing safe members)
• Involved in integrating the CyberArk with Active Directory.
• Bulk server account creation (by importing CSV) using password upload utility (PUU).
• Password Management and configuration.
• Working knowledge on Accounts discovery.
• PSM session recording and internal workflow for user/shadow session viewing/Live monitoring and
session termination.
• Backup and Restore (Password recovery and restore Process)
• Involved in DR failover and failback
• On-boarding and Off-boarding the server accounts based on the user requirements in EPV.
• Monitor client PAM service for health, performance, and availability; raising and responding to
troubleshooting tickets as appropriate.

Role: System Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Provides L1 support for customer service in the technical support division over outlook, skype for business.
• VPN, software installation via Telephone/VoIP, chat, Email.
• Solved problems and provides detailed information on new VDI issues for Configuration of VDI via VMware
Horizon Client for desktops and laptops.
• Have access on First Data ADDS which is used to create modify and delete users and to manage theirs allocated
desktops hostnames in the server.
• Have access on Symantec Console Management server which is used to manage user’s laptops server location
according to their locations.
• Have Knowledge on telephony audio and signaling protocols like VoIP and SIP
