When having this skill this may reflect to the trainees that they may have competitive advantage because mastering what common competencies have will be an advantage to the trainee. When you lack under common competency you may not pass or not be credited as ready in basic baking. To be called ready or competitive is earned and needs more knowledge or learnings. In this area, we had fifty four (54) questions to determine if they are ready under common competencies.
