 In our life, we face so many situations which are difficult to solve but
with hard work and determination, we solve them.
 Today, I would like to talk about a difficult thing which I did and
succeeded in my 1st job. It is about 1st large project assignment.
 After graduation, I was offered in Project department in Automation
base Company. In Project department, I had to programme Industrial
PC and PLCs.
 At Joining time, my company had a large project of abroad. But, due
to some reason they exported Electrical Panel without testing.
 Due to fear of customer, nobody wanted to visit abroad because
some fuses were already burnt during panel warm up and secondly
Electrical Design engineer already left job.
 Lastly, I was assigned. I got 6-month visa of Canada but I had to
complete it within 2 months. I thought that I was stucked in the
project because I got extra burden from electrical side wiring testing
while as a Project engineer, I was responsible for programming.
 It was 1st day of site visit and I observed everything what was wrong
happened. I made a plan where during morning time Local
electrician and I would troubleshoot wiring problem and at night I
did my software testing.
 We found that there were some errors in wiring diagram. First, we
troubleshooted wrong wiring and rewire it and then I connected my
 laptop with system, we started checking field wiring. Last, I installed
final updated software in PC. Customer requirement fulfilled within 1
month. For a week, whole system was under observation.
 After satisfaction, I gave whole automation system to customer and
taught how to operate.
 I felt proud on myself because customer trust I won.
