Chef competition

Jodhpur Institute of Hotel Management organised a Super Chef Junior competition for all
spiring young chefs of Jodhpur. It was organised for three days on 31st Jan., 1st and 2nd Feb.
2023. It was great event for the all aspiring young super chef to win a great amount and crown
of the year for super chef. This event organised under the guidelines of hotel management
principal, chefs, faculty and students where student of MBA II year and B. tech participated in
the event as coordinator to make this event successful and unforgettable.

All the coordinators of this event worked hard to bring this event on next level. Jietian’s
coordinators carried out their responsibilities attentively and actively.

In three days, event, there were several levels to reach at final level like audition level, where
all the participant prepared an own home dish and presented before the judges. In second round
they had to prepare a sled instant dish with beautiful innovation and creativity.

Third round was surprise for all the participant where everyone got magic box, according to
item and sources they all got from the box, they had to prepare a dish to impress judges.

My Responsibilities
• Instruct to all participant about their location
• Providing travelling facility to all the participator
• Make them aware about college campus and department
• Offer them lunch and dinner
• Pick up and drop the all participant carefully from City office to JIHM

It was successful event that Jodhpur institute of hotel management conducted for all aspiring
young super chef for jodhpur.
All the team of management worked with their soul and heart. All were working with
energetic and enthusiastic. All played very important in the event.
