 Detail Exposure Incident Reporting Procedure


 Establish responsibility.
 Establish a corporate policy and develop rules.
 Establish health surveillance plan
 Conduct a noise/vibration survey of the facility.
 Determine appropriate noise/vibration control measures.
 Eliminate noise/vibration hazards where possible.
 Periodically audit the program.
 Develop a first aid plan to include kits, ambulance, emergency vehicle etc. and
their availability for employees

Welfare

 Detail methods of compliance: If corrosive materials are used, eyewash and body
flush facilities must be provided.

 Provides guidelines for emergency eyewash and shower equipment and


facilities.

Machine Guarding

o Identify and evaluate where mechanical hazards occur

 Develop policy and procedure for employing young persons at work. Note: this
must be consistent with this act.
