Note:
 CLI Initial, Special/Crash/PPC courses will be conducted on
demand from Divisions with advance Intimation.
 The Quota mentioned above is for guidance only. Divisions
may contact ETTC/BZA for additional quota if required.

Important Instructions
1. Trainees should report well in advance. Trainees arriving after
due date of the commencement of the course will not be
admitted in to the course.
2. It is the responsibility of deputing officials to ensure that the
return journey passes are issued to the trainees.
3. Trainees should come prepared to pay the mess fee as
prescribed at the time of reporting.
4. Leave cannot be sanctioned during the Training period except
in emergency.
5. All the trainees should attend in the prescribed uniform.
Wearing casuals like T-shirts, collarless shirts and Slippers /
Hawai chappals are not permitted.
6. Usage of mobile phones in the administrative building and in
the class rooms is strictly prohibited.
7. Alcohol consumption, playing cards, pawn / tobacco chewing
& smoking is strictly prohibited.
8. All trainees should keep the Training Centre campus and Hostel
premises clean and hygienic. All trainees should participate in
clean & green programs.
9. All trainees should participate in Yoga/Meditation/Sports/
Shramadaan activities.
10. All depot in charges has to relieve the trainees in time, so as to
maintain training as per calendar to avoid overlap/
postponement of scheduled batches.

 INSTRUCTIONS TO TRAINEES REPORTING TO
TRAINING INSTITUTES TO COMBAT COVID-19

1. Sufficient quantity of items to be brought by trainees

while reporting to training school.
a. Aadhar card
b. For initial trainees, ID issued by Training institute
with Photo ID; for other trainees Railway ID card /
UMID
c. Medical certificate issued by Railway authorities
for existing employees.
d. Money required for mess charges @ approximately
Rs.200/- per day.
e. Note Books, paper, stationary in sufficient numbers.
f. Smart phone with Arogya Setu installed
g. Charger / Power bank, Torch, battery
h. Sanitizer, Hand wash and toiletries
i. Plate for food, Glass, Spoon, cup, Dish washing
soap
j. Bed roll, Blanket, Bath towel, Uniform and
sufficient dresses
k. Water bottle and Small flask if required
l. Face masks reusable and Face shield
m. Clinical Thermo meter, pulse oximeter and/or any
other health monitoring devices and Regular
medicines, if any like paracetamol tablet, Vitamin
C, Vitamin D, sufficient no. of face masks, pocket
sanitizer.

 Any other items required for quarantine to be brought
by trainee. Training school will provide paid messing
and emergency medical care at Railway Hospital.

2. If trainees have the following categories of co-morbid

conditions they should avoid reporting at training
institute. Such High-Risk conditions are:
i. Pregnant women, lactating mothers,
ii. People with the following medical conditions
a. Severe Asthma or chronic lung disease, High
BP,
b. People with chronic kidney disease undergoing
dialysis,
c. Serious heart condition (Any other medical
condition that has potential high risk in the
COVID environment in the opinion of a
medical expert) and
d. Any other category / symptom as notified.

As per MOHFW guidelines they are at high risk therefore

they should avoid reporting at training institute.

3. Trainees should bring self and family declarations in

prescribed proforma. It is to note responsible family
member/guardian to give their communication details to
call them to take care in case if trainees found COVID-
19 positive and shifted to attached hospital.

4. As per state health department guidelines be ready for
quarantine/self-isolation position on arrival at training
institute.
5. Trainees should maintain strict and complete isolation
during the quarantine period. The food will be
provided in the hostel room during this period.
6. During the quarantine period, trainee should be
prepared to attend the online classes from your
respective hostel rooms.
7. After completion of the quarantine period, based on
medical team recommendations, trainee can attend the
classroom duly maintaining social distancing using
face masks and other safety measures as prescribed.
8. With a view to ensure safety, on best effort basis,
install the Arogya Setu app.
9. In the Training Centers proactively disclose your
health status including fever/cough/sore
throat/influenza like symptoms, to the Training Center
medical authorities / health committee on their contact
numbers.
10. Trainees should use their own utensils-dishes, cups,
soaps, towels etc during stay at hostel.
11. Trainees are advised to take up self-cleaning of your
room and clothes to avoid contact with others.

12. Trainees should maintain a note of your contacts on a
daily basis from the date of your arrival in the Center.
13. Movement within the campus is restricted and it is
expected that you will stay in your allotted rooms
only and avoid common areas such as corridor etc.
14. The above instructions will be modified from time to
time and will be circulated.
