in C.C.No. 279 of 2012 dt. 30-7-2015 on the file of the XIII
Metropolitan Magistrate Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, as confirmed in
Crl.A.No. 720 of 2015 dt. 23-3-2017 on the file of the Addl.
Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga
Reddy District, pending disposal of CRLRC No. 839 of 2017 on
the file of the High Court.

The Court made the following.

ORDER

Heard.
The sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner
alone is hereby suspended pending disposal of the revision
and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing
bond for Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with
two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the
learned Magistrate concerned.
