LIMITED FACE TO FACE PROTOCOLS FOR STUDENTS

During Arrival:

1. Temperature checking upon arrival at the gate.

2. Wash your hands either by alcohol or by using the hand washing facility at the gate.
3. Submit filled up health monitoring form on the assigned personnel at the gate.
4. Proceed to classroom following the designated route.
5. Sit down on the designated seat.
6. Avoid making conversation with others in close contact (less than 1 meter).
7. Always ask permission when going to the toilet.
8. No borrowing of materials (personal or school used).
9. Those students riding privately owned vehicles, please park at designated areas.
10. Other protocols maybe added by the adviser.

During Classes:

1. Scan your QR code for attendance and contact tracing.

2. No loitering on the campus.
3. Breaks will be observed but snacks must be brought and consumed inside the classrooms.
4. No canteens will be opened. Lunch will be done outside the school campus.
5. Observe proper hygiene, trash bins with designated segregation are provided and must be
strictly follow.
6. Submit or inform the teacher when not feeling well.
7. Infectious materials such as mask, tissue and others must be disposed in the yellow trash bags
followed by hand sanitation.
8. Other protocols may be added by the adviser.

During dismissal:

1. Clean and disinfect if possible your area before leaving the classroom.
2. Follow designated directions when exiting the classroom.
3. Proceed to designated exit gates following the routes provided for your curriculum.
4. Disinfect your hands before leaving the campus.
5. Submit yourself for temperature check upon exiting the gate.
6. Those who bring personal rides, please use the exit gates and routes provided for vehicles.
