TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS – ETRC BUSINESS FORUM 2023

Directions to Hotel Van der Valk Amsterdam Zuidas (Map 1; see below):
• Location: Hotel Van der Valk Amsterdam Zuidas, Tommaso Albinonistraat 200, 1083HM
Amsterdam (same location as Forum).
• From Schiphol Airport:
o By train – Hotel Van der Valk Zuidas is located two stops away from Schiphol Airport
(12 min); going every 15 minutes
▪ Take train - Sprinter toward Almere Oostvaarders or Utrecht Centraal
(tickets can be bought at the train station or online https://www.ns.nl/en);
▪ Exit the sprinter at the second stop – Amsterdam RAI;
▪ Walk 250 meters to the Hotel Van der Valk Zuidas (Map 2; see below).
o By taxi – Hotel Van der Valk Zuidas is located 15min by taxi from Schiphol Airport

• From Centraal Station:

o By metro – Hotel Van der Valk Zuidas is located eight stops away from Centraal
Station (17 min)
▪ Take Metro 51 toward Isolatorweg (tickets could be bought at the metro
station);
▪ Exit the metro at the eighth stop – RAI
▪ Walk 250 meters to the Hotel Van der Valk Zuidas (Map 2; see below).

upon check-in, the hotel is already provided with the guest list.
• Accommodation is to be paid individually at the hotel upon your check-in – Comfort King

Dinner on Wednesday, 25 January 2023

• Resuming the tradition, ETRC has the pleasure to host a dinner for participants arriving the
day before the Forum.
• Dinner will take place at restaurant Rosarium, located in Amstelpark 1, Europaboulevard,
1083 HZ Amsterdam.
• Meeting point is 19:30 at the hotel. The shuttle bus is taking us directly to the restaurant.
If you do not go with us, please let us know so we don’t wait for you.
• Dress code: Smart casual.
