Domaine Villebois Chinon 2009 Loire, France

Made entirely from Cabernet Franc grapes from the best terriors of Chinon. A combination of good grapes and thoughtful wine-making. It is a modern Loire Cabernet Franc with an edge to it; not your typical rustic style but made tio produce ripe fruits and a silky palate. Regular Price 14.95

Rivera Salice Salentino 2009 Puglia, Italy

Salice Salentino Rosso is the most typical red wine from southern Italy, produced in the extreme south of Puglia it uses traditional local grapes; Negroamaro and Malvasia Negro. Hints of cherry and dried plums lead to a generous and complex palate with lots of dark fruit flavours.

Yalumba Galway Vintage Shiraz 2009 Barossa Valley, Australia

Showing all the hallmarks of traditional Barossa Shiraz, deep and concentrated colour with scarlet hues and intense aromas of black fruits, liquorice allsorts and cinnamon spices. The palate is lush and rich with flavours of ripe berries and cocoa powder tannins that give evenness and generosity.

Made from 100% Fiano, a grape variety indegenious to Irpinia in Puglia. The grape is known locally as Apiana since bees (api) have a particular fondness for it. A complex bouquet with smoky notes and minerally slate nuances. A multi layered palate offers flavours ranging from grassy/ herbal notes to smoky spices. Regular Price 14.95

William Cole Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2009 Casablanca, Chile

Displays a nose of citrus and tropical fruits followed by notes of peach and white flowers. The palate has crisp acidity with green apple and lime flavours. A mineral note hits the mid palate and then its citrus and peach flavours on a long lingering finish.

Delightful Pinot Gris from New Zealand that is rich and fruit driven. This wine has aromas of pear, fig, and honey that give the nose an inviting richness. The palate is silky with good structure and an attractive core of pear fruit and an elegant finish with a hint sweetness providing subtle balance.

From the village of Sant Saduni dAnoia, in the Pendes region south of Barcelona, this is a family operation run by two brothers Ricard & Ernest Martinez. They only make 5000 cases a year and age the wine for 2 years prior to release. Toasty notes overlay dried fruits, citrus and cream notes. This wine has the refinement of champagne.
