APPOINTMENT LETTER

Dear Mr. N. Sanyasi Rao,

With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are
pleased to appoint you as "Sr.Store Assistant".

1. You will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.25,000/- pm (Rupees Twenty Five thousand
only) per month inclusive of all allowances.

2. Your salary/compensation is strictly private & confidential, the contents of this letter should
not be disclosed or discussed or compared with any other individual.

3. You are liable to be posted at any of our company's Construction / O&M sites.

4. You will be governed by the rules and service conditions of the Company that are in force
from time to time.

5. You shall devote your whole time to your duties and shall not carry on or be concerned in
any other business or occupation what so ever.

6. Your appointment can be terminated with one month notice on either side without
assigning any reasons.

7. Your appointment letter is being issued to you on the basis of the information and
Particulars furnished by you in your application/bio-data, if it transpires that you have
Made a false statement resulting in your being offered this appointment, the
Management may take such action as it deems fit in its sole discretion, including
termination of your employment.

8. Please communicate your acceptance of our offer duly signed on the copy of this letter
and return the same within seven days intimating the date on which you will be joining
which should be on or before 18th July 2021, failing which this offer shall stand withdrawn.

9. Your place of posting will be at Ship Lift - Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
