Abtract 1

1. Introduction: The problem in space utilization cannot be separated from the problems of
spatial planning, one of them is the land use controlling. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs
and Spatial Planning/BPN has recorded 6,621 cases of land use violations in the 2015-2018
period. One of the indicators of land use violations is the mismatche between the land use
existing with the Detailed Spatial Plan or called as RDTR.
2. Purpose: The aim of this study is to analyze the suitability between the parcels land use of
Argodadi Village against the Sedayu RDTR's 2015-2035.
3. Method: The descriptive qualitative with a spatial approach used as the method in this
study. The land use suitability maps produced from the overlaps between land use maps
based on land parcels and RDTR maps.
4. Result: The results showed that the suitability level of land use in Argodadi Village
against the Sedayu RDTR was 82.22%, and the remaining 12.77% was categorized as
unsuitable.
5. Conclusion: Through this study, the authors hope to provide information about the
suitability of existing land use with the RDTR and can be used as a material in
governmental decision-making for better spatial planning.Keyword: the land use, the

1. Introduction: Heritage area of Parakan is one of ancient Mataram heritage area and it
was ex capital city of Menoreh. This area has so many historical relics either buildings or
art. Therefore at 2015, Parakan was confirmed as heritage city by Ministry of Public
Works and Public Housing (PUPR). As a heritage city, Parakan still faced several
problems. There are degradation of heritage buildings, less of local government’s
attention about local art. Beside that, Temanggung still do not has any regulations about
conservation activity in Parakan.
2. Purpose: This research aims to know how the way conservation effort in cultural
heritages in Parakan.
 3. Method: The method used in this paper is called AHP to determine classification weight
due to value of influence each variable in this research. Land use in Parakan is dominated
by trade and service area and settlement area. Those settlement consist of Kauman and
Pecinan Settlement which is early establishment of Parakan City.
4. Result: Research output in conservation buildings shows that the alternative of
conservation in Parakan are preservation, adaptation, restoration, reconstruction, cultural
transmission, and cultural revitalization.

1. Introduction: Karimunjawa National Park is included in the national action plan for the
management of conservation areas in 2018-2025.
2. Purpose: The objective of this research is to assess the effectiveness of the management
of the TNKJ conservation area based on assessment guidelines in Indonesia, then the
effective strategic recommendation is obtained for increasing the effectiveness of the
 management of the TNKJ conservation area. The study were conducted in August-
December 2019.
3. Method: The assessment methods were used in this research are a score card for the
Management Effectiveness Tracking Tool (METT) guideline, Management Effectiveness
Evaluation guidelines for Marine Conservation Areas in Indonesia (COREMAP II-LIPI)
and the building block assessment method for the Technical Effectiveness Evaluation
guidelines Management of Marine, Coastal and Small Islands Conservation Areas (E-
KKP3K).
4. Results: The results showed the assessment of the management of the TNKJ
conservation area was considered as the most effective based on METT guidelines,
COREMAP II-LIPI guidelines and the green status by E-KKP3K guidelines. The analysis
is carried out by using the Analytic Network process (ANP) method. The implementation
of the zoning system was been the main problem of the TNKJ management.
5. Conclusion: Public and tourist awareness of the risk of waste and environmental damage
were being the best solution for increasing the effectiveness of the management of the
TNKJ.
