TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that it is officially reported in the Police Blotter of

Presidential Police Unit on page 018 and Entry No. 119 dated May 1, 2012 at
10:25 in the morning the following incidents/entries, to read as follows:

FOLLOW UP OPERATION – “On May 1, 2012 at about 10:25 in the

morning, one suspect ROBAR BARET y BOLOMAN, 30 years old, born on
March 8, 1982, married, jobless and a resident of #22 Cotabato St., Pandacan,
Manila was arrested on a follow-up operation conducted by this Office but the
weapon used was not recovered and he is now under the custody of this Office
for investigation and proper disposition. The motive of incident is
undetermined and the case is under investigation”.

Disposition: Under investigation.
