TOOLS /ITEMS REQUESTED TO INSTALL THE SQUALO 3000

1. Crane that can lift and support a minimum of 98 tons to offload the shear from the truck
upon arrival at the customer’s yard (2-4 hours)
2. Forklift with titling capabilities and load capacity of 9 ton. (2-3 days)
3. Crane that can lift and support a minimum of 20 tons. Must be equipped with proper
rigging. (2-3 days)
4. Fork lift with 2,5 ton lift capacity.
5. 200 liters (55 gal. drum) of ISO 68 hydraulic oil. Usually it is not used, but in order to
avoid any possible problem it is good to have it available at site, if necessary.

TOOLS REQUIRED

Metric socket and ratchet set that includes 19mm, 22mm, and 24mm sockets.

Hex head wrench set that includes a 10mm and 12mm hex head wrenches.

Hammer (large)

Socket Wrench: lenght 100 mm, External diameter: 75mm (to tighten the blade bolts)

 Cup key/Cup wrench 1.8 inch (46mm)-1.96 inch (50mm)-2.16 inch (55mm) to be used
