    After watching the short video on PERT-CPM, make an essay about what your learned
    75 - 100 words)

    What I learned after watching PERT-CPM is it give us a way to analyze our

    project and start trying to figure out how we can allocate our time and effort. It will also

    help us know the probability of knowing when are we going to finish the job that was

    given to us. It will also give us the easiest way to solve the problem because we don’t

    have to guess about it. We can already calculate when will the project be finished. Also

    PERT is for probabilistic scheduling when you are not sure about the dates - and there

    is a great deal of probability.
