    Rationale:

    In your working paper #1, you were tasked to discuss in detail your chosen
    organization. This working paper, Working paper #2 aims to develop your skill in
    understanding the existing problems of your organization.

    Instruction:

    In two to three paragraphs, discuss the existing problem in your organization.


    With the following guide questions:

    I. What are the problems all about? Describe the problems thoroughly.
    II. What are the causes of these problems?
    III. Who are involved and who are affected?
