Please be informed of the following salient issues that transpired during our staff
meeting with our school principal sir Reldin Cajes last Oct. 10, 200:
 Face to Face classes will start on October 17, 2022.
 All class advisers are requested to submitted report to their grade level coordinator on
the status of the serviceability of the arm-chairs in their respective classroom, to
consider the following data; advisory class, no. of students, room number, no. of
available/ serviceable chairs, and no. of chairs that need repair.
 Vaccination profile of both students and parents.
 Student’s ID- class advisers shall facilitate the accomplishment of the said ID.
 Oct. 13, 2022- Meeting of HPTA Presidents (Please See online post).
 Oct. 14, 2022- Homeroom PTA meeting (Please See online post).
 Grant of Compensatory Over-time Credit (COC) and Vacation Service Credit- concerned
school personnel shall comply all the necessary documents to avail of said benefits.
 Oct. 31, 2022- deadline of SY 2022-2023 LIS enrollment
 Oct. 26, 2022 – school level deadline of LIS enrollment.
 IPBT Implementation
 Oct. 21, 2022- school convergence to be hosted by the ArL. Pan. / ESP department.
