and executed under control. Bharath constructions a leading construction group was
assigned with the job of construction a three-story office building by their client. Before

Report Requirements

The activities listed above shall be appropriately linked with each other with
the help of the relationship information listed above to find the total duration of the
project. Find the hourly basis of work scheduled for each work package.

Prepare a report that gives the monthly cost expenditure incurred for the
activities planned and also prepare various reports which shows each level of
activities in the work breakdown structure defined. Analyse the resource distribution
and find the over allocated resource. Suggest suitable method to avoid over
allocation. What will be the probable finish date if the company follows 5day-work
week calendar with same working time for the resources involved. Include all the
national holidays during the project execution period.
