“Health is the greatest Wealth” means that health is the

biggest wealth that anybody can have.

Anything can be achieved if we have good health. It is not enough to have

money alone, we can make good use of wealth only if we have good health.

Good health is not only the absence of disease in the body but the complete
physical, mental, social as well as spiritual well-being of an individual.
As the Spanish Proverb says, ‘A man who is too busy to take care of his health
is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools’.

My wish for you in the New Year is that you are able to have time and
willingness to look after your body, your most precious source of wealth.
