You will have 15 minutes scheduled prior to assessment for clarification/questions, limit of 40 minutes to do your assessment, and then 5-10 minutes debriefing after the
completion of your evaluation. OT profile and evaluation SOAP note are due Friday by MIDNIGHT (scored separately). Each step listed in the rubric will be checked. Feel free to
