technical visuals. Review the UAE standards drafts for Standardization and Metrology and add technical
visuals.
 Organize inspection campaigns plans and evaluate their outcomes.
 Reporting to the director of public health department all inspection plans organized with its statistics.
 Organize, prepare and present internal training for inspectors.
 Review and update the ISO documentation related to the work procedures of the department.
 Receive SPS & TBT notification from Ministry of climate change and environment and analyze it then take the
appropriate corrective action.

 Approve the consultancies & training companies which they provide training course related to the food safety
and HACCP implementation, as per Dubai Municipality ‘s requirements.

 Monitor the training course and checklist the On-site assessment in order to evaluate the efficiency of the
trainer and the training company as well.

 Arrange Meeting with training company and Dubai municipality in order to present new regulation or rules
amended and updated by the section.

 Participate in Organizing the DIFSC 2014 (Dubai International food safety conference as part of DM stuff
& being charge of the registration of the delegates and speakers providing them name badges and
instruction and information.
