Introduction

In the real world, we can always observe relationships that exist between two or more things or variables. It simply means that
for one to survive, he is dependent on the other. The relationship illustrates how one quantity affects the other inevitably. In Mathematics,
the concept of function can be very helpful to better understand these relationships.

IFL (BUNOS POINTS)
One of the characteristics of a human person is the capability to give reason. This makes human distinctive in all creatures that God made
on earth. For this reason, human is considered as a rational person. According to Collins English Dictionary, “a rational person is
someone who is sensible and is able to make decisions based on intelligent thinking rather than an emotion.” Given this definition, would
you consider yourself as a rational person? Why or why not?

B. Identify if the following is a function or does not represent a function. Write FUNCTION or NOT before the number.
1. g(x) = {(11,9), (5,7), (11,12), (5,8)}
2. h(x) = {(5,9), (10,7), (2,12), (6,17)}
3. f(x) = {(3,6), (4,9), (5,12), (13,4)

Biking V + 10

STEP 2: Hint: The given condition in the problem is that the total time that she took for walking and biking is 1 hour and 20 minutes
converting it into fraction in hours:
