    Terms & Conditions 6. Incident waiting time will be a max of 30 minutes in case of customer’s
    unavailability after the service provider reaching the incident location
    1. Flat tyre support includes puncture fixing, tube change, stepney change and air filling. (More than
    one puncture fixing per incident will attract local charges) 7. Battery swap service will be provided only if battery provided by dealer.
    Customer has to confirm with dealer before requesting the service.
    2. Towing service in case of a total breakdown/accident which cannot be fixed on the spot
    (maximum of 50 Kms per incident, beyond 50 Kms will be charged as per market rate) 8. Taxi bill of up to 1000 INR will be reimbursed in case the breakdown issue cannot be
    resolved on the spot (applicable only for selected plan)
    3. All the spares, consumables and additional repairing beyond the coverage of subscription are
    charged as per the actuals. Any pre-existing incident which occured before the activation period 9. Accommodation of up to 1500 INR will be reimbursed, only if the breakdown
    will not come under subscription cover issue cannot be fixed on the spot after 8PM only

    4. Parking, toll & permit charges to be borne by the customer, if any 10. Accommodation and Taxi support can be claimed one time as part of
    subscription for eligible plan
    5. Any women customer availing Towing Services, ReadyAssist shall provide INR 300/- for her
    travelling expenses only when stranded alone 11. Police clearance is mandatory for towing in case of an accident vehicle
