Turn off Pop-up Blocker

Internet Explorer

1. Before you log in, on your Internet Explorer browser, select the 'Tools menu and then select
'Internet Options.

2. Select the ‘Privacy’ tab.

3. Uncheck the option 'Turn on ‘Pop-up Blocker', if you do not want ‘Pop-up Blocker’ functionality.

4. If you want to retain the ‘Pop-up Blocker’ functionality but allow Pop-ups only for this portal,
select the 'Settings' button and a new window titled ‘Pop-up Blocker Settings’ window will open.

5. On the new window, type in apw.xtglobal.net in the field ‘Address of website to allow and then
select ‘Add’.

 Similarly, you should add portal2.xtglobal.net and the relevant screenshot pasted below:

Note: If you are using appx.xtlglobal.net, you can add the same as above.

6. You can now close both the settings window and log in to your new portal.

Chrome

1. Before you login, into your Chrome browser, at the top right click More (:)  select the
'Settings' menu and then expand the ‘Advanced’ tab from the left side of the Settings session 
select the “Privacy and Security” tab Select the Site Settings

2. Select the Pop-ups and redirects

3. At the top turn the setting to ‘Allowed’, if you do not want the ‘Pop-up Blocker’ functionality.

4. If you want to retain the ‘Pop-up Blocker’ functionality but allow Pop-ups only for this portal,
select the 'Add' button and a new window titled ‘Add a site’ window will open

5. On the new window, type in apw.xtglobal.net on the field ‘Site’ and then select ‘Add’.

6. Close the Settings tab and reload the web page to let the new settings take effect.

Note: If you are using appx.xtlglobal.net, you can add the same as above.

Firefox
1. Before you login, into your Firefox browser, Open the Tools menu (the icon of three horizontal
lines in the top right of the browser window)  Select the Options

2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

3. Under the Permissions section, uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows to disable the
pop-up blocker altogether.

4. If you want to allow pop-ups only for this portal, click on the Exceptions button and add website
sites apps.xtglobal.net and apw.xtglobal.net and click on Allow and then click on the button Save
Changes.

5. You can now close your browser and log in to your new portal.

Safari
1. Open up your Safari Web browser.
2. Go to the Safari menu and choose 'Preferences' from the list of choices.

3. Click on the Security heading.

4. Uncheck the option-'Block Popup-windows’, to allow Safari the popup windows.
5. Close the Preferences windows after you are done changing settings.
