What’s the problem?

Alan I’ve put the SIM card in, but it just doesn’t switch on.

Amy How long did you charge the battery for?

Alan Oh! Maybe I haven’t charged it for long enough.

Amy I think that’s the problem. Put it on charge again, and I’ll check when you get home, OK?

