SITE OFFICER

 Monitoring and Lead the Team Leader at site and mobilization.


 All issues and work problems on site are site officer responsibilities and liaise with client.
 Deliver Target/Goals are set by Manager/Client.
 Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
 Collect all information needed for document Team.

o Work Picture
o Work Permit
 Control Budgeting Team and Material Taken/Return.
 Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
 Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Team Leader
 Monitoring and Setup team on site.
 Deliver site officer planning on site & make sure achieve target set by site officer.
 Report and liaise with site officer for any problem on site.
 Delegating tasks to team members.
 Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and
communication skills.

Executive Planner

 Site Survey and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity).


 Preparing planning documentation & managing the planning application process.
 Liaise with client for planning & decision making for planning on site.
 Responsibilities for problem on site based on Plan & SLD.
 Communicating with all team involved in the planning/site process.
Executive Administrative
 Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
 Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
 Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
 Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
 Assist Project Manager to complete the documentation/claim report.

Human Resource
 Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
 Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
 Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing
the hiring process.
 Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal
requirements.
 Assist in performance management processes.

Clerk
 Help with office management and organization processes.
 Track inventory of office supplies and inform the management about any shortages.
 Record minutes of meetings and transcripts.
 Answer the telephone, distribute messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate department.

Puller

 Follow instructions specified in procedures.


 Performs other related work as required.
 Inform the team leader of any problems, defects or non-conformities;
 Maintain good environment with others team.

Splicer

 Follow instructions specified in procedures.


 Performs other related work as required.
