Team Leader
Monitoring and Setup team on site.
Deliver site officer planning on site & make sure achieve target set by site officer.
Report and liaise with site officer for any problem on site.
Delegating tasks to team members.

Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing
the hiring process.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal
requirements.
Assist in performance management processes.

Help with office management and organization processes.
Track inventory of office supplies and inform the management about any shortages.
Record minutes of meetings and transcripts.
Answer the telephone, distribute messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
