Description

Role Title SAP FICO Consultant

Role Purpose STL is looking for highly motivated and self-driven talent that has a purpose to contribute in the complex
application development life cycle and provide the solutions to the problems from applications. This
development will help cloud companies, citizen networks and large enterprises deliver enhanced
experiences to their customers.

Key Responsibilities •
Understanding the business requirement of the organization

Preparation of Blue print for implementing the project.

Implementation of the project.

Validate the reports requirements

Validate any changes in customize.

Provide training to end-user.

Sort out day to day queries of end users.

Enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement.

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide

appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product
modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
What we are looking Primary Skills:
for in you • Least of 3 years of SAP experience supporting General Ledger in addition to at least 3 of the
accompanying capacities: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset
(Skills, Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System, Management Accounting.
Knowledge,
• Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset.
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
Special
• Minimum of 4 years designing and configuring FICO modules.
Attributes, • Has Cloud experience e.g. SAP with RISE
Mobility) • Involvement with FI integration focuses on other SAP-based ERP modules like MM, HR, PP, and
PM.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Good to have Skills:
• Knowledge on any Cloud technologies
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

Location India (Kolkata/Ahmedabad/Pune)

Experience Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level
Education  Minimum 5 years of Experience
 Should work as an individual contributor
 Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, Quick learner who is self-driven and has a passion to excel
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively able to collaborate with multiple
teams across geographically diverse areas.
 B.Tech or B.E. or MCA oy any IT graduation streams from a recognized college or institute
