relationships and is it such a profound term that we sometimes overlook and why it is so

to say it is not only to react in a respectful way or because another person has greater
position or is greater than another it is necessary that this word be an added value in all its
extension.
As time progresses, a lack of empathy can be evidenced by an individual towards the other,
weakening assertive communication and obstructing the resolution of conflicts between the
affected parties because each one takes a defensive position to protect their opinions for
example in a company there is a constant confrontation between the boss and an employee
regardless of the working conditions of a company. However, each party will take its
position to fulfill its functions according to its role and not assume external duties to what is

not allow the work environment to be affected in this way we must bear in mind that we
have to learn not only to face situations that hit our ego as a human being but also to be a

issues can be improved are:

themselves in the place of the other because when we learn that we are human like others
that the solution does not correspond only to those around me on the contrary begins On the
contrary, the transformation of a pleasant space with improvement solutions begins from
me to others.
In my opinion it is better to have a good attitude a teachable spirit learn to be more passive
and less reactive to help others and also contribute to the improvement of comfortable
spaces for the problems of other people affect my well-being and teaching more with deeds
than words that being tolerant is more than respecting the position of another is to feel what
the other feels to act with sanity in Any situation and learn that what is from the heart
begins with reason and becomes an action.
