GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Vaccine Pass is recommended to participate in the event.

In-Person Participation
The event will take place from 25th - 27th April 2023 in the USA at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta, 210
Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303, United States.

The event includes all plenary, breakout and special sessions, coffee breaks, two lunches, one cocktail and optional
discovery tour if the corresponding ticket applied. You will also have access to the app which will allow you to interact
with participants connected digitally and access the participants list.

Please also check local rules regarding travel to and from the USA as information is updated frequently and differs

Payment
Registrations are a two-step process:
1. Complete and submit the registration form - GFSI Conference Registration Team will review and validate.
2. Upon receipt of the validation email, finish the registration and make the payment.

Payment of the registration fee should be made in Euros to The Consumer Goods Forum.
Bank transfer payments are possible until 10th April 2023. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.

For group registrations, write to tcgffoodsafety@theconsumergoodsforum.com.

To attend the event, payment must be completed before the start of the event or you will need to show proof of
payment. Otherwise, the organiser cannot guarantee access to the event. On-site payments will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received by the GFSI Conference Registrations Team in writing:

● Before 23rd February 2023: The full registration fees will be refunded.
● Between 24th February 2023 and 23rd March 2023: 50% of the paid registration fees will be refunded.
● As of 24th March 2023: No refund will be possible. 100% of the registration fee will be retained.

The substitution of a colleague from the same organisation is possible at no extra cost
provided the GFSI Conference Registrations Team is informed in writing.

Above cancellation fees apply to all registrations received - regardless of payment status.

Data Processing
The information requested in this form is necessary for the processing of your registration to the event.

This ticketing and registration service is directly managed by Evenium. If you create an account on Evenium, or on any
other third-party networking tools during the event, your data will be processed in accordance with such third parties’
privacy policies.

Some of your personal data (name, company name, position, e-mail) collected in this registration form by Evenium will
be transmitted to The Consumer Goods Forum (including its authorised subcontractors ) for the purposes of
processing your registration to the GFSI Conference 2023, organising the GFSI Conference 2023, sending you

documents, materials and/or information in connection with such event and/or informing you on similar events
organised by us.

In order to organise the official lunches and cocktail, you may wish to provide information on your dietary restrictions.
This information might be sensitive and remains optional. By ticking the box below, you expressly agree to share this
information with The Consumer Goods Forum and its partners / sponsors solely for this purpose. This information will
be deleted by the sponsors after the event.

You have the right to access, modify or correct your personal data at any time. You have the right to object to the
processing of your personal data, and to ask for their deletion and/or to obtain copies of information we hold about
you in electronic form. You can exercise these rights at any time by sending an email to
mydata@theconsumergoodsforum.com accompanied by a valid proof of ID.

Image Rights
The delegate is informed that during the event, images representing its associates and guests may be recorded on a
number of media that can be publicly released and disclaims any liability of The Consumer Goods Forum in this regard.

The delegate freely authorises The Consumer Goods Forum to use these images, captured by any means (photographs,
films, etc.) on the occasion of the event, on all media (without limitation of quantity) and by all media. This being
transferable worldwide, for the duration of the protection of rights, for the purposes of promotion and / or
representation of the event or The Consumer Goods Forum, and for the broadcast of the event on any media.

For conference speakers:

Photos and video recordings are made at all CGF events and used for communications and marketing purposes across
our digital, social and print materials. By agreeing to speak at the GFSI Conference 2023, you authorise the CGF to
share select audio and visual materials for communications and marketing purposes. If you have questions or
