Hay muchos campos para ingresar información en los formularios: Humedal,


Cruce, Laguna, Río; Arroyo.

BUSCAR INFORMACIÓN GUARDADA EN LA BASE DE DATOS:

BÚSQUEDA DE FORMAS O IMÁGENES:

Desde la pantalla principal, seleccione el campo «Búsqueda». Esto presentará una


serie de campos tales como: Especialidad, Fecha y Nombre de
especialista. Cada uno de ellos se utiliza para realizar una búsqueda más específica y
seleccionando lamarca en el lado derecho, lo cual indica que el campo está incluido en
la búsqueda, permitiendo que se incluya criterios de búsqueda adicionales, tales como el
nombre del especialista o seleccionar una fecha.

In case of Specialties, a drop down list shows a list of the elements having
forms in the page.

In case of Date, once selected by the  mark, shows a list of dates to make a
more specific search.

In case of Specialist Name, once selected by the  mark, it allows the


inclusion of the specialist’s name to make a more specific search.

To make the search, click on the “Search” button.

Additionally, there are two options in the screen: Search Images and See
Forms. If the first option is selected, and the Point Code is clicked, another
screen will show a drop down list with different photos associated to the Point
(point represents the form code generated after saving a form). If See Forms
is selected, after clicking a point, a form will show up with the associated data
for that point.

ENTERING INFORMATION IN THE DATA BASE:

For a better form filling, next we describe the fields included in every form.

FORMS: ORNYTHOLOGY, HERPETHOLOGY, MAMMOLOGY AND


HIDROBIOLOGY.

Field Forms: Enter the field format number, which is correlative to the
specialty point code.

1. General Information:
 Evaluator’s name: by selecting a group, the specialist’s name will
be automatically filled in the evaluator’s name drop down list.
 Department: A list of available departments is displayed: Ayacucho,
Huancavelica and Ica.
 Locality: After selecting the Department, a list of localities of the
department will be loaded.
 Distance to the RoW: It’s the distance in meters to the right of
way (RoW), where data was taken.
 Photographs: A table with the following data is displayed: photo
code, species name, hour and photograph description. The
“Save” option is used to save the photograph, to add another one
and to finish the entry. The “Delete” option is used to delete all
the information related to the entered photograph.

2. Site Description:

 Topographical Position: Clicking the drop down list, it displays


options such as: summit, concave slope, convex slope, valley depth
and its combinations.
 Gradient: Clicking the drop down list, it displays options such as:
high, middle, low, null.
 Evaluator’s Sensitivity Perception: Biological and physical.
Clicking the drop down list, it displays options such as: high, middle,
low and none.
 Local Sensitivity Perception: Biological and physical. Clicking the
drop down list, it displays options such as: high, middle, low and
none.
3. Comments
• The "Save form" option will be to load new data into the format,
appearing a new blank form. The "clean record" option is to delete
data.

SEARCH

This option is used to search field formats and images; by clicking on the
options see forms and search for images respectively. Then go to combo
Specialties (list of all specialties), date format (where you can choose
from a calendar by clicking the button located on the side of the field)
and Specialist (placing the name of the specialist). Thus allowing find the
formatting and / or the required information.
