with postal address at Brgy. Canda Ibaba, Lopez, Quezon, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint Jastine A. Oliveros, of legal age, with office address at Brgy. Canda Ibaba, Lopez,
Quezon, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact to be in my name, place and stead, to do all
the following acts, to wit:

1. To transact, negotiate process all the necessary documents to all government

agencies with regards to the transfer of properties;
2. To sign, execute and or submit all documents that maybe necessary to be signed
and submitted in connection with the above authority;
