2) New Volunteer Opportunities Two brand new volunteer opportunities include: * Fort Campbell High School is currently seeking a qualified (Experience with basketball, of good character and willing to work with kids.) individual to help out as a volunteer coach for the boys basketball team. Ideally this person would be retired military (with ability to get on post without sponsorship), or someone whose schedule would not conflict with coming to the gym after school, and attending games at night. If interested, please contact Becki Mastrian at rebecca.mastrian@us.army.mil with your contact information and experience.

* DPW Facility Master Planner Volunteer. Duties may include: Completing Installation Status Report-Infrastructure (ISR-I) facility condition inspections, input of ISR-I inspection results into the ISR-I database and ISR-I Master list, input of Facility Hand Receipt information into the Integrated Facility System (IFS) database, and completion of building space utilization surveys. Volunteers are needed between business hours 7:30-4:00 M-F. Prefer volunteers who can work somewhat regular hours for an extended period in order to obtain competency with tasks. 3) STEP Special Education Workshop If you have a child in Special Education, this training workshop is something you don't want to miss. Steven Glowicki has been working with STEP (Support and Training for Exceptional Parents) for many years and is extremely knowledgeable about special education laws, parent and student rights, and IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). Child Care will be provided by students in the Teen Program, along with their advisor but I need to know by 8 September if you plan to bring your children. Please call 798-2727 to make reservations for child care as I will be on leave 7-9 September. I look forward to seeing you on 13 September! Sarah Bolinger EFMP

4) 1st BCT Afghanistan Prints Just some information sharing-I'm not sure who might actually be interested, but if you run into anyone who has ties to 1 BCT, please let them know the Brigade is pushing to get the remaining Afghanistan prints sold. We only have about 50 left. They are priced at $60 each.
