 Click on “Get Started”
 Enter BSNL Landline Number with STD Code, Select State, Registered Email id (available in CA of
CRM), First Name, Last Name as per CRM and Code Displayed. Click on Submit
 Enter OTP received on Registered Mobile Number (available in CA of CRM) and Click on Submit.
 Once OTP verification is Successful, User’s Subscription shall be activated.
 Now download apps in mobile or visit websites for Hotstar, Lionsgate Play, ShemarooMe, Hungama
Music and Hungama Play SVOD, SonyLIV Premium, ZEE5 Premium, VooT Select and YuppTV

Step Procedure

1 CAF entry should be done in OCOC only*

2 Using DKYC care should be taken to enter customer RMN properly

3 Advance payment link SMS will be sent to the customer

4 Customer should pay the amount then only further processing will be done

5 After CA/BA and order is generated, CLARITY team will send these orders to FMS

6 FMS now modified order module to capture ONT Serial Number and ONT MAC ID separately

7 TIPs should be careful in entering MAC ID properly because it is the deciding factor for incentive

8 While closing the order UC link will be sent to the customer RMN

9 If UC link is not received by the customer then it also can be generated separately by clicking Send UC Link option

10 Customer need to install MyBSNL App and then complete UC feedback*

11 After activation of the customer Franchisee has to test the phone number in TEEVRA*

12 UC will be displayed to BBCs for verifications.

13 BBC should verify the UCs in FMS*

14 Once UC is verified, FMS will check all the conditions mentioned & then if eligible, incentive is paid to the wallet of the franchisee

15 Franchisee should have a dealer id and also should have mapped the dealer id with ERP CUSTOMER CODE

16 The incentive invoices will be generated on monthly basis by FMS.
