What’s the Meaning?


A. BAR GRAPH
A bar graph shows amounts or numbers as bars of different sizes.
It also uses different colors. The longer bars represent larger numbers.

Means of Transportation
In reading bar graphs each bar represents a number.
The graph above shows the number of pupils rides in different mode of
transportation in going to school.
The horizontal line represents the means of transportation.
The vertical line represents the number of pupils.
The higher the bar the highest number of pupils. The lower the bar the
lowest number of pupils.
➢ The title of the graph above is about the Mode of transportation
in getting to school.
➢ 16 number of pupils rides on a bicycle to go to school.
➢ 4 number of pupils ride on a car.
B. TABLE
Table is a set of numbers arranged in columns or rows.
. It is used in organizing numbers.
