Problem Statement: Based on Phil-IRI Post-Test Results in English last School Year 2021-2022, 10 learners in Grade 2 and 10 learners in Grade 7 are at a
Frustration Level.
Objective: Reduced the number of learners identified at frustration level by 30% in both Grade 2 and Grade 7 at the end of School Year 2022-2023.
Root Causes: Poor reading habit of learners brought about by too much exposure of learners to gadgets while their parents at home fail to do the follow-up of
their children’s school performance and school needs of supplementary resources for reading activities.
