11. Brief Summary of the NSED Activity:

In pursuant to the MEMO 00-2222-0171, of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Council (NDRRMC) the Department of Education (DepEd) through the Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Service (DRRMS) releases the reiteration memorandum on the guidelines of the conduct of
the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED). In the midst of pandemic, different school,
conducted their quarterly Earthquake drill following the proper procedures provided by IATF.
Earthquake is one of the famous disasters that cause people to die or injured. It cannot be detected
when and where it will happen to anyone. However, it can be avoided if we are aware of what to do and not
to do during the said phenomenon.
With this, Tinambacan Elementary School conducted the First Quarter Earthquake Drill today,
March 10, 2022 at exactly 08:00 AM. While doing the activity, we ensure that we strictly follow health and
safety protocols set by the IATF.
Along with the teaching force of Tinambacan Elementary School and the stakeholders, the said
activity was done accordingly with proper safety measures.
