Dear Sir/Madame,

As you know, I have been scheduled to carry out your Audit. Here is some information to help you prepare for your
preparations.

ITAR/EAR:

 It is very important that you check if you have any ‘items’ onsite which comes under the ITAR/EAR regulations.
As a ‘Restricted Auditor’ it could affect my ability to complete the audit even if the parts are NOT part of the
audit scope.

NB If you do then you need to let me know and scheduling know. Please read more about ITAR/EAR on
eauditnet.com

Audit Scope:

Please take the time to check the scope of the audit on eauditnet, if it is incorrect then contact me straight away

Audit schedule:

 Day 1 – arrival around 0830hrs. Short opening meeting the move directly onto TPG7114/2 MT Compliance
jobs (see below), end of day debrief
 Day 2 – arrival as agreed, short meeting the move directly onto TPG7114/4 UT Compliance jobs (see below),
end of day debrief
 Day 3 – arrival as agreed, short meeting the move directly onto TPG7114/12 Etch Compliance jobs (see
below), end of day debrief
 Day 4 - arrival as agreed, TPG7114, closing meeting

NB – We will perform any daily/weekly control checks to verify the equipment’s performance and look to
conduct 3 Compliance jobs.

Safety/Facilities:

 I will bring my own safety shoes and will have my mobile phone and laptop to enable me to perform the audit. I
will need a dedicated area in each workplace to conduct the audit from (desk, chair/stool, power). Internet
access will help the audit greatly and I will have to some reports printed that will require signatures at the end
of the audit.

Actions for you:

The supplier instructions can be found in the public documents section of eauditnet.com and, if you have not already
done so, I urge you to look at these.

 You are required to perform a self-audit using the checklists and should notate the location of the evidence to
the answers – this can greatly reduce wasted time looking for statements in your established Quality
Management System
 You will need to upload the required documents for the audit which can be found in the start section of each
checklist to eauditnet more than 30 days before the audit – closer than 30 days then this will incur a NCR. Any
word documents from eauditnet – please keep them as word documents – see next page of this letter

NB that you need to uploaded certain documents before 30 days of the commencement of the audit. If you do
not do this then the OP 1105 states that a Minor NCR shall be issued during the audit. Some Suppliers are a
bit unsure to what documents to upload, some have uploaded several hundred documents (yes 100’s!) so on
the second page of this letter you will find a list of the documents that would be appropriate to upload.

Thank you for your assistance in these matters – please feel free to email me if you wish to discuss any item.

Yours sincerely

Andrew Murren
