butihing Schools Division Superintendet, Mr. Jorge M. Reinante, CSEE, CEO VI, CESO V

Our SDS, Sir Jorge, is on an equally important, official business today that is why he gave me the task to
convey his gratitude for the invitation, for the support and partnership with DepEd SDO Ilocos Sur.

Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I must say that, I have heard how people of the
municipality of Burgos have their own unique ways of celebrating town fiesta. Indeed, the organizers,
headed by the Municipal Mayor and staff, are highly impressive, organized and all-out, evident in the
series of activities laid out for this event.

Now, I also take this opportunity to thank the teachers, school leaders and staff of DepEd Ilocos Sur for
responding to their call, to teach, lead, and support our learners to become better individuals. This is
manifested not only through your presence in the classroom or school but also through your active
involvement in social activities like this education day where learning is best reinforced by the actual
experience and exposure of learners in community and cultural activities.
