7. This Offer Letter is valid subject to produce of Original Documents mentioned below:
a) Bona-fide Proof of Permanent Address,IDproof,AgeProof,Aadhaar Card and
PANCard.
b) Educational and Professional Qualification certificates & recent passport size
photo(4Nos.)
c) Submission of Physical and Medical Fitness Certificate along with Blood Group
issued by a recognised Medical Practitioner.
d) Produce of last pay certificate,proof of last pay drawn as per Bank Statement and
relieving letter by your previous employer.
e) NOC issued by Local Police Station(Essential for migrant employees from other states).
f) Name, address and contact phone numberofN.O.K/yourcontactpersontobecontact for
any emergency.
g) Note:Any short fall or defects if noticed in the documents submitted or flaws if any
noticed in health and physical fitness will result in cancellation of this offer letter.
8. TerminationofService:-
a) You shall be automatically retired from the service of the Company on attaining the
retirement age on completion of 58years.
b) You will be place under probation for a period of 12 months from the date of
joining.After successful completion of your probation, you will be considering for
confirmation of your employment in the Company.Incase you fail to match the
requirements of your position and prove your ability during the probationary period;
your services are liable to be terminated prematurely without any notice period and
without waiting for completion of your probation period.
c) You will beliable for termination from service bythe Company without notice on
groundsofgravemisconductandomissionsif:--
i. Any declaration given by you or testimonials furnished by you to the Company prove
to be false.
ii. You were found to have been convicted for or indulged in criminal, subversive or
immoral activities.
iii. You have breached any of the terms and conditions of your employment
asspecified in this letter,
iv. You had failed to abide by official orders, directions and instructions of your superiors
that have affected the productivity and safety norms of the Company and or
undermining the Company image at large.
v. You had availed unauthorized leave of absence that undermines the discipline norms
and the productivity commitments.
vi. You were found to indulge in acts of disloyalty and gross mis conduct on grounds
of indiscipline which are detrimental to Company's commitments and image.
vii. Indulging in any act of embezzlement of Company assets.
viii. Displaying consistentinefficiency and indifference to official tasks assigned, leading to
non-productive and or counter-productive performance.
ix. Indulging in Sharing of Company's crucial and confidential record Authorisation.
x. Indulging in Act sprejudicial to code of conduct prescribed for POSH Act.

9. Your services are als oliable for transfers to work in any other site of our Company, Pan-
India depending upon company's commitments and requirements.
10. On arrival at the designated site, you will be required to complete the joining
formalities through our HR representative at the site.
11. You will be required to open your Salary Savings Bank Account with our Company
nominated/ approved bankers. The requisite application for opening of SB Account shall be
provided.All your salary and miscellaneous payments will be transacted through this Salary
accountonly.
Note:This offer letter is valid for one month from the date of issue of this letter.
