Respected Sir,

I am Ali Raza Channar working as Controller of Examinations in AKII. I want to leave

for 02 days starting from tomorrow dated 09-02-2023 to 10-02-20223 for my father’s
angiography at Cardiology Multan. My father is a heart patient for many years. I want
to go during this week but due to important office work, I couldn’t go for my father’s
checkup.

Today my father himself went to doctor for a checkup. The doctor suggests some
tests and angiography and given appointment by tomorrow for the detailed 10:00 AM
checkup after tests. Sir my father is in old age and it is not feasible for him to move
alone anywhere.

Sir, I request you to please approve my leave application for 02 days mentioned
above so I will go to look after my father and take him to the doctor. Today my father
asked me to come to the home. Looking for your kind approval.
