Role& Resposibility:
As a Project engineer-Executing the work as per design drawing for the following.
Installation and testing of fire fighting system with DCD(local authority) requirements/regulation.
Installation, testing commissioning of AHU,FCU,Packaged AC units and split AC units.
Installation and testing of Plumbing for water supply, drainage and ventilation system.
Installation,testing and commissioning of Electrical MDB,SMDB,DB, heavy cables and wiring.
Installation of fire alarm system, CCTV,access control and music system.
Excution of interior fit out works as per design.
Estimation and Preparation of MEP BOQ
Attending site visit for new inquiries, reporting to senior manager and update daily/weekly progress report.
Conducting site surveys in regular intervals with Government Officials and data analysis required to execute the projects
Managing reports and maps, engineering blueprint; ensured safety by monitoring the site
Planning and scheduling work and organizing the site/facilities in order to meet the agreed program of deadline
Setting targets to achieve intermediate project milestones and coordinate with other verticals to ensure timely progress and
deliverables
Attending meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress
Supervising and monitoring the site labor force through general foreman and or supervisors, monitoring the work of any
subcontractors to complete the work as per client satisfaction

Developing detailed budgets & project baselines, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource
