Pre-work for participants

In this program it is our concern to concretely support you with the

challenge of leading your current project team(s). For this reason,
we are asking you to take yourself 15 minutes reflecting on the
following questions and note your answers down:

 What is my objective for my project? Delivering customer

projects ontime with quality
 What are the reasons why I am the right project leader for this
task? Cross functional capabilities. Can have a Good Customer
engagement.
 Which challenges do I expect for which I might not yet be
prepared sufficiently?
Conflict within project team,( no one is willing to lead some topics)
 Which challenging/difficult conversations do I expect? (Please
name concrete topics and persons) cross functional conflicts,topics
which overlap two disciplines, ppl are willing to take ownership.
 Why do I perceive this project as exciting and what is the benefit
of this project for my team members and the company?
