Analyze

Answer the following questions:

Does school-community engagement influence the educative process? Justify your answer.

Greater levels of student accomplishment, lower absenteeism, and higher graduation rates are all
associated with strong family participation. Participating in the community also promotes the voluntarily
giving of local resources (including people, materials, and money) for educational purposes. Additionally,
community involvement can help meet children's demands for social, emotional, and physical health while
also offering beneficial chances for real-world learning.

How would you report achievement or results to the bigger community?

As a teacher, it is my responsibility to gather proof that the objectives were achieved, talk to the parents
about the preferred learning activities of the students and my top concerns, express my opinions and
responses to the information presented, and give them any supporting materials that detail policy or
pedagogy.

How do personal and professional skills of a teacher help in preparing his/her tasks/functions?

The personal and professional talents of a teacher help her prepare for her roles in such a way that these
abilities result in an effective teaching-learning process, as a prepared and well-instructed teacher will
have great success in pursuing their goal to function.

Reflect

1. As a future teacher, how would you establish good school-community

collaboration? How can you work well in the community?
Citizens who are ready to assume responsibilities as contributing members of their communities
can be educated in schools. Working together, communities, families, and schools can get ready
for a more promising future. By giving my pupils real-world experience, I'll foster effective
school-community collaboration in the future. Even if it seems obvious, I should emphasize to my
students and the community partner the significance of the assignment and how it relates to the
organization's objective.

2. Do you have any advice about how to invite stakeholders to engage in school-
community projects/activities?
Prior to contacting stakeholders, you must first identify them in order to invite them to participate
in school-community projects or activities. By concentrating primarily on your stakeholders, you
may prevent squandering resources. A stakeholder is, to put it simply, a person who has an interest
in the public school system or who is affected by its performance. Make sure to discuss specific
benefits with individual stakeholders, and remember that sending letters or small gifts of gratitude
can go a long way. You can also recognize exceptional contributions in school mailings, name
facilities after donors, and feature them in school mailings.

3. In the future, how will you enhance your personal and professional development?
I think that in the future, continuing to learn will help me advance both personally and
professionally. simply by having a never-ending curiosity about everything Ask yourself
questions, then look for answers. Additionally, I want to learn more by taking part in practical
exercises, attending seminars on how to improve my professional and personal skills, and
performing additional fieldwork in each denomination. I also promise to always act
professionally, including by leading by example for my students.
