ROUTINE OF A SOCCER PLAYER

During the week I always wake up at 7 o'clock. I almost


always have a cup of milk and two slices of toast for
breakfast. we usually train on monday, wednesday and
friday, there are weeks that we often train every day, I
rarely go out on the streets, in the afternoons I do a little
more exercise and then I rest.
