I have been privileged to have known [name], and I am heartbroken that we have lost him.

He was a wonderful man, who had a huge heart. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in
need, no matter how small their problem might appear. He could be counted on to help out those in his
family, and even people he didn't know so well. He was the kind of person who would never let an
opportunity pass by without giving it his all.

Sometimes that meant doing something for himself, or taking care of his own needs before helping
someone else. At other times, it meant doing things for others that were important to him—like
supporting causes or causes he believed in even if they weren't his own. He was generous with his time
and money, but never at the expense of being honest with himself or others about what he wanted out
of life.

He was also dedicated to making sure everyone around him knew how much he loved them, which
made it easier for them to love him back. His words carried weight with those around him because they
came from such a deep place inside him: from someone who knew what it really meant to give
