after being sworn to in accordance with law, hereby names, appoints and constitute JERSON
G. MADRONA likewise of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and resident of WELLINGTON
RESIDENCE TANZA CAVITE as my lawful Assignee and in our name, place and stead to do and
perform the following acts to wit:

To sign, received, execute, appear, on behalf of the said grantor in the case of
JOURNALD BAÑARES VS. AMADO CALUZA ROAQUIN AND JHOEN WAYAN FLORES WITH
CASE NO. INV- 22L-00550-551 FOR CARNAPPING AND ESTAFA BEFORE THE OFFICE OF
PROVINCIAL PROSECUTOR CALAMBA LAGUNA under such terms and conditions and under
such covenants which my/our said Attorney-In-Fact may deem proper and convenient.

I, HEREBY GRANT AND CONFIRM that the Assignee and Authority to do and perform
every act and whatsoever necessary to be done in and about the premises relative to the said
purposes and not limited to the purposes stated herein.

I, HEREBY RATIFY AND CONFIRM, that the Assignee and lawfully do or cause to be
