Installation for the completely


automatic machine

Place themachine onthechosen place,thenfixittotheground byfixingscrew.


Liftthetilting
arm,andinsertthePUhose(G)
intothehole(Fig.5).(
Do notbendthehose)ThentakeoutthepartA( shown in Fig.5)
fromtheaccessory box,unscrewthe
caponthetopof partA,insertthepartAintotheholethat gothrough themainboxofthemachineand thebottomofthe
tilting
arm,thentighten
thebolt.Takeoutthe part B (shown inFig,5)fromtheaccessory box,unscrew thespring
ononeside
ofpartB,theninsertpartB intotheholethatgothrough thepartD,E,thenscrew thespring. Dismounttheprotection
plateon
thesideofthemachine.Connect thePUhose(G)thatgothrough themainboxofthemachine withthepartF.
Aftertheaboveoperationisfinished,
mount thepartE onthearm(Fig.6),thenmount partsD,C,B,A,G,F insequence.
During payattention
theoperation, tothePUhoseandotherparts,

l,Placethetirebetween thebeadbreakershoeandrubberpad,andmaketheshoebetween thebeadandthetire,stepon

thetirecontrol the beadfromthe rim.
